At BPA we first developed ready-for-use business applications
for SharePoint. BPA Business Suite is a complete and unique
suite of applications for SharePoint including
BPA CRM,
Project and
Quality Management.
The business application layer is the place to present data
to end users. Users will work 8 hours a day within this
interface. BPA has invested a lot of time and effort in
developing user-friendly business applications with the same
ergonomics and features.
The data flow layer allows automating business processes.
It's a layer below the business application layer. This layer is
almost transparent for end users. BPA Workflow is the tool to
automate data flows.
We developed many connectors like external data, Outlook or
web connectors. These connectors allows BPA Applications or
Workflow to connect to your existing systems and databases.
Data Presentation Layer:
At BPA we are developing solutions for end-users. User adoption
is our primary concern. We deliver user-friendly business
applications ready to be used 8 hours a day by your entire
staff.
User interface is a key point to get user adoption. The user
interface of BPA Applications has been drastically enhanced
compared to standard SharePoint. All key data is grouped by
topic in one single page.
BPA Business Suite is a unique solution grouping many prebuilt
applications to manage customer relationships, project, quality

Data Flow Layer:
BPA Workflow is a tool to manage data flows related to your
business processes. It’s a layer below the data presentation
layer.
Again we are focusing on end users. An end user just needs to
fill a simple form and click a button to terminate his job. All
logic happens in the background.
Both BPA Applications and Workflow make sense to deliver a
complete environment to present data and automate data flows.
Data Retrieval Layer:
BPA Applications & Workflow provide connectors to retrieve data
from your existing databases like SQL, Oracle. Many other
connectors exist to copy Outlook emails or publish web form data
in BPA Applications.
